Dr. Nina Krajnik, director of the Institute for War and Environmental Trauma, visited Bucha, the site of a tragic massacre, as part of the Institute’s efforts to establish psychoanalytic support in war-torn areas. During her visit, she met with war hospitals, children’s centers, and local authorities to assess the psychological impact of the conflict and develop strategies for long-term mental health care for survivors. The Institute remains committed to providing expert trauma support for those affected by the atrocities of war in Ukraine.
